brewing tea with no teapot or coffee maker?
I have never ever drank tea or even made coffee. I have the flu and a friend recommended chamomile tea for my sore throat. I got some but I don’t know how to make it. It is in a little paper bag, loose leaf. Please help! My throat will thank you!
Boil some water, place about one teaspoon of loose tea per 8 oz. of water into water ( now off burner), cover for about four minutes then pour through a strainer. A little lemon and sugar might be nice.
