How do i lose weight ? What can i change in my diet?
In the morning before i start school , i have a can of coffee thats around 6.30am or so . During my school break/recess break . I eat a bowl of chicken noodles and i have a bottle of drink . During lunch , i eat a plate of rice with 2 meat dishes and 1 egg dish . During dinner i will have a rice+egg+meat+soup . For dessert i will either eat an ice-cream or bread with nutella . Im 172CM tall and 73KG .
Im planning to do this . Stop the coffee in the morning , switch that to plain water . Stop the dessert part or have it only on weekends . Eat my recess and not my lunch since recess is like breakfast to me and its more important than lunch.Cut down on the bottle of sweet drink . Anyone has any other suggestions? Im from singapore by the way . 172CM and 73kg gives me a 24.7 BMI . Which is very close to being overweight . Any idea how i can lower it? thanks in advance
From what I see, you certainly don’t eat enough vegetables. My family loves eating vegetables as a staple, and it helps with your health. I suggest stopping the desserts and switching to fruits (like watermelon and apples which are great substitutes!). You definitely shouldn’t eat ice cream everyday. 
Exercise is important, even just walking. My school was on a pretty high hill, and that contributes to daily exercise.
