What’s the best way to store whole coffee beans?
Sometimes they come in a bag. Well, when I open the bag, I usually wrap it tight and put a rubber band around it and just set it aside (away from light, not that it will penetrate the bag) but I say to myself, there’s got to be a bettter way..
Could it be those zip lock storage containers? those disposable ones, or glass jars, or something? Thanks for answering.
In the original bag or in batches you will use within a week. Put that into one of those zip locks that you can remove the air with a little hand vacuum device and then store in the freezer. Do not store in the fridge. The enemy here is moisture mostly.
