Recipes for single serving warm alcoholic drinks with no coffee or chocolate, that are not cider?
I’m allergic to caffeine–severely so. I don’t eat or drink chocolate, even. I’m a bit sick of cider based drinks. I’m looking for something warm and sweet that I can make easily in single servings.
Good Night Drink
2 oz Rum
1 tsp sugar
warm milk
dust of nutmeg
Mix Rum, milk and sugar, stir all ingredients then add dust of nutmeg on the top.
This is enough for you my young lush friend. I invented these drinks : !
5 p.m. Cocktail Recipe
2 parts Bacardi Dark Rum
1 part Cointreau Liqueur
a few drops of milk
fill with hot tea
Mix Bacardi rum and Cointreau Liqueur into tea cup, fill with hot tea and top with milk.
Aberdeen Angus Drink Recipe
2 oz Scotch Whisky
1 oz Drambuie
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Heather Honey
Boiling water
Pure lime juice and honey into a heat-proof mug, add a little boiling water, stir until honey is dissolved. Add scotch. Warm Drambuie in a small ladle, ignite, and pour blazing into a glass. Fill with boiling water and stir.
Amaretto Tea Recipe
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
1 tsp sugar / optional /
hot tea
whipped cream
Mix Amaretto, tea and sugar, stir. Add whipped cream on the top.
