Why do coffee beans (seeds) have to be roasted so dark?
Mass coffee producers never offer different levels of coffee bean roast. They’re all roasted to “death”
Ok, well if what you guys say is true, I certainly don’t know where to find different levels of roasted beans. I’ve never seen them at Starbucks
you might be thinking starbucks. I think starbucks is known for its burnt roasts, but other stores like biggby and caribou offer light roasts where the beans are very light brown and not dark.
