How much Stevia do I need to take each day & how?
Now I use the small “single serve” packs in coffee & green tea so about 2 to 4 paks per day. I’m 5’10″ 210lbs & 43yo. I do Muay Thai 3 days a week & cannot lose body fat. Any suggestions?
How much do you NEED?? No one NEEDS Stevia- it’s a sweetener or supplement, not a necessary nutrient. If I were you, I would cut back on it and try drinking your tea straight. As for your diet and weight loss, try posting this in the diet section, not the alternative medicine section
