how many calories are in coffee with 1 or two packets of splenda?
would it be smart to incorporate coffee if your doing the apple cider vinegar diet?
I’m not familiar with the apple cider vinegar diet, but coffee generally has 0-5 calories per serving when it’s black. And even though Splenda claims to have 0 calories I believe it really has almost 5 (oooh scary! 
). So I would estimate a cup of coffee with 2 packs of Splenda would be around 10 – 20 calories… not a bad choice of drink!

Coffee is also really good for you, when taken in moderation. It possesses alot of the same properties as tea, antioxidants, etc. You just don’t want too much because of the caff-ff–f-fff-iennne jitt-tt-tters! lol
