do you get nauseous if you drink too much coffee?
I feel like if i drink too much coffee i end up feeling like i am going to puke. black coffee too.i dont add sugar or creamer.
and especially if i drink coffee at work on a friday night ( i work til 1130 every friday), if go drinking i feel sick right away and will puke off one drink haha I SWEAR IM NOT A LIGHT WEIGHT =P
it could be a mixture of being hyped up on caffeine and then super excited that its finally the weekend.
It’s the caffeine-it causes increased stomach acid production and a drop in blood sugar. It will help to eat before you drink the coffee-also, just don’t drink too much.
