Classy place for coffee in PDX?

What is a sick place to get coffee in PDX? I know a lot of grunge-ish coffee places here, and I am sick of being asked to Starbucks for crappy coffee and boring ambiance. I would much rather pay $15 for a cup of coffee and be in a nice place than a run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Ideas? Especially looking for somewhere I can have coffee with clients, so clean, nice, business-casual ambiance ?

Stumptown has good coffee, and they also provide free internet access. You can check more information about their locations from their website. Probably 3rd Ave location would not be a the best choice for a business meeting. It’s a little funky. But all other places are nice.
