Ugh! How do I get rid of this caffeine headache?

A couple of weeks ago, I accidentally ordered decaf k-cups (for my keurig) from amazon. Up to this point I was drinking about 5 cups of coffee a day, plus a starbucks or two. I never really thought too much of it. Even with the the decaf, I didn’t have a problem, probably because I was drinking enough diet pepsi to keep withdrawal at bay. But last week, I started to get a headache right behind my right eye. The next day it was behind my left eye, then it was right above my eyebrows on both sides, and for the last 2 days it’s been at the back of my head and neck. I have had a little bit of caffeine here and there since then, but not enough to kill the headache. Does this sound like a caffeine headache? How do I get rid of it? I have been taking advil, but it only dulls it slightly. How much longer should I expect to suffer? Thanks!
I’m not taking any other meds. It’s not sinus problems, I’ve had those lots of times before. This is not the same thing.

First of all go back to what you drinking in the first place to get rid of the headache. It is hard to think with a constant headache. Now slowly cut down on your caffeine day by day. That should prevent the headache. Advil works, you probably didn’t take enough.
