How do you make coffee?
I’m used to having the coffee grounds that come in the filter already. However, we don’t have those anymore, and all I have is Folgers. How much coffee grounds do I put in the filter? How much water do I put in the dispenser?
If you’re using an auto drip machine, they really aren’t designed for making less than a full pot at a time. Put in 1 scoop per cup, fill the pitcher slightly above the max cup mark (some will be lost in the grounds) & pour that water into the reservoir.
Never use less grounds if the coffee tastes strong, that will actually cause overextraction and make it bitter. If it’s too strong for your tastes, add hot water to your cup to dilute it.
