My friend and I recently discovered how easy it is to make wine. We decided that we would mass-produce this wine for social occations. We put the finished 1 litre bottles of wine in a 2ft wide, 4 ft long, and 2 feet, reinforced pit. We are planing to do this until we can stuff it to its full compacity.

We make the wine by adding one packet of yeast to either a 1 or 2 litre plastic bottle with some warm water. Then, we add about 1 cup of sugar, mabe less, mabe more. And last but not least, we add grape juice. My friend always wants to cut the fermenting time down to 1 week, but I say that we should wait atleast two weeks. When we bottle it, we use coffee filters to filter out the dead yeast, and then we put the finished wine into a clean 1 litre bottle and use the normal screw-on cap to secure it, but we also take a small 4inchx4inch peice of tin foil and wrap it around the cap with a rubber band keeping it in place.
