Halloween candy: Nutritional information?
I have type one Diabetes and I eat my Halloween candy for activities and when I’m low. The problem is, I need to know the CARBOHYDRATES of these candies and chocolate bars so I know how much I can have. Any great sites or other info would be awesome. Here’s a list of what I’m talking about:
-mini kit kats
-mini O Henrys
-mini caramilks
-mini coffee crisps
-mini mars bars
-and those maynards candy things like fuzzy peaches and stuff
…and some other stuff.

Okay…some of you obviously didn’t pay attention to my question. I did not say that I love to pig out on candy and enjoy getting my blood sugar down to low extremes… What I must not have explained properly was that IF my bloodsugar happens to be low, I will eat candy to get it back up. I NEED to take sugar when I am doing things such as playing soccer or else my bloodsugar will drop and you all know thats not good.
Most of the mini chocolate bars have about 10-12g of carbs in them.
I’m not as knowledgeable about the candy stuff; if I’m eating candy I’m going for the chocolate. : )
