Which coffee machine?
I don’t drink the stuff much, but I have family, guests and tenants who do and I like being a good host. I’d like to buy a very versatile machine, but which one? Ideally, I’d buy a machine which can make filter coffee, as well as espressos, cappucinos, lattes. Realistically, I’d have to choose only a couple of those and buy a combination machine. Any suggestions? I am willing to buy the sort of machine a bar would invest in to make all types

It sounds as if you’re not worried about spending more than the cost of a Mr Coffee $15 machine. If I were you I would invest in a Saeco machine. These machines give you plenty of flexibility, they look absolutely great, they’re designed to last and they will give you an absolutely great cup of espresso, late and more. If you just want american coffee, go for a Bunn.
