why is it that coffee coconut cakes don’t have coffee as an ingredient?
i have seen various recipes of coconut coffee cakes (but i haven’t tried to cook it though)
but i am wondering… how come its title contains “coffee” when the ingredients don’t contain that word?
One would think it would contain coffee….actually never ponder that thought before, but named as such because back in the day it started out as a nice treat to serve with coffee in the morning when the ladies on the block got together for coffee. I don’t have a recipe for coconut coffee cake but will look for one, I really like coconut.
