why doesn’t it work now?
i have this coffee pot at work:

now it doesn’t make any coffee. it turns on and i have the water and new grounds ready to be used. it just sits there. why doesn’t it work? this isn’t even a 1/2 year old.
Open the lid where you put the water…there should be alittle plastic tube….see if that tube has come off of one of the connections. If so then connect the tube and try turning on again.
