I need to make a dress / top out of recycled/recyclable materials for my Textiles class. Ideas for material?
Hi,
For my textiles class I need to create a dress or a top made out of a recyclable material (such as paper, plastic bags, etc.). Past examples included a dress made out of coffee filters, dress made out of paper, etc. I really like the individuality of the coffee filter idea and would like some inspiration on what materials I can use to make my piece. Aside from conventional materials like plastic grocery bags, paper, and newspaper, please help me come up with a creative and unique medium with which I can create my art piece.
