If I am drinking red wine out of a standard size coffee mug, how many can I drink and it be good for you?

I heard that red wine is very good for you if drank in moderation in the evening. It helps you sleep better and easily and also has digestive benefits and some anti-oxidents as well.
If I am a male who is 5’10″ and weigh 200 lbs, what would be a limit I should set for myself?

A standard size coffee mug is 8oz. A regular wine glass is 6oz.

So you’re looking at about 2.5 glasses/night. That might be a little high, but not awful.
