Why do i feel so tired during piano class?
I always feel tired during piano class and feel like i’ll fall asleep sitting up. But when I listen to classical music (not play it) I always feel awake and not tired. Why is this? Thanks!! Oh is there anyway I can not feel tired during piano class (except drinking coffee. I hate coffee.)
This happened to me too, I realized it was the air. The air in the room I was in was air conditioned, and it made my eyes dry, which made me sleepy. It might be different for you, maybe you tried too hard, not getting enough sleep, etc.
