What’s your favorite roast of coffee?
I just had some french roast and it was mighty tasty.
The brand : Seattle’s Best
i was informed of different categories of roast including city, spanish, etc. I’ll have to google that later 
sorry this meant to be in non=alcoholic drinks.
My two hobbies are photography and coffee connoisseurship, so I’ll play along.
I like a good Ethiopian Sidamo, roasted city to full city, made with an aeropress.

But seriously, Seattle’s Best, Folgers, Maxwell House, Starbucks… bad quality coffee, generally over-roasted. You want to taste the intricacies of the source of the coffee and the style of preparation, not the roast. If I had to choose one of those I would choose Seattle’s Best, but the margin is small.
Try ordering some single-source coffee from Green Mountain Coffee. They only use Arabica beans (the “good” species of coffee bean), unlike Folgers and Maxwell house which use Robusta beans (the vast majority of beans grown in the world are Robusta, making them cheap and plentiful, but they are far more bitter and of a lesser quality than Arabica beans).
