Do you know about any natural painkiller remedies?
I watched some on channel: FOX 26 NEWS (HOUSTON)
Willowbark,
Tumeric with black pepper so it will absorb,
Ginger,tea,milk,
Cherries,
etc.
I missed some of the ingredients,do you know where I can see the rest and or other remedies?

i’m in Australia so no i don’t know of that show but i do know of other natural pain killers and natural anti antiflammatories …….. such as fresh crushed garlic, clove oil, vitamin C in a powdered form with the bioflavonodis Hesperedin & Rutin, Grapefruit Seed Exract, Olive Leaf Extract.
Celery seed extract too will help enormously in relieving painfull inflammatory conditions …… celery seed contains morethan two dozen anti inflammatory compounds.
aside from that reducing your protein food intake from red meats, dairy products, poultry, fish and seafood as they can raise your blood levels of purines….. in turn, purines elevate your uric acid levels and increase your risk of pain ……… when your blood is too acidic your body neutralies it by leaching calcium right from your bones …. icky, more pain.
alcohol increases uric acid production so cut right back on it or ditch it completely.
drink loads of nonalcoholic fluids like water, fresh juices and other non alcoholic fluids which will dilute urine and promote the excretion of uric acid.
mix this one up ~
240ml of cherry juice
120ml of strawberry juice
60ml of cranberry juice
1 – 2 teaspoons turmeric
1 – 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
dash of cinnamon
mix the cherry juice, strawberry juice, and cranberry juice… spice up the blend with the turmeric and ginger and add the cinanamon for flavor and drink up ……. this recipe will hopefully help you avoid intense pain from inflammation.
oh, large doses of vitamin C can raise uric acid levels………. don’t take more than 2,000mg of vitamin C daily.
