In fact, the tea can be used as a hair tonic. The unsweetened variety is great for eliminating residue, restoring shine, and even brightens shades of blonde hair, when used as a rinse. This makes a great alternative, in the natural form, to coloring the hair, which can really damage the hair as a whole.
