When making chai with a tea bag?
When you make chai with a tea bag how do you do the milk?
I find that the milk really makes the flavor be diluted and isnt very creamy?
If i steep for longer and maybe use half and half instead of milk would that fix my problem?
Also are there any one spice i can add that will make it more.. you know.. spicy?

I like to use half and half for a nice creamy flavor, or I’ll steam 2% milk and add it to the chai. I usually let the tea bag steep in just the hot water for about 6 or 7 minutes. Usually that would be over-steeping the tea, but since I add so much milk, it brings out the flavor enough to not be too diluted by the dairy. I also like to add a little bit of cinnamon to spice it up just a little bit.
