I’m tall and skinny and trying to bulk up. Does this meal sound like a good meal for doing so?
I’ve been tall and thin all my life. I’m 22 years old standing at 6’3 and around 155 pounds. Recently I’ve been trying to eat meals that will help me bulk up some. Here is what I just had:
1 and a half tuna sandwiches in a teaspoon of mayo on whole wheat bread
baked potato with a slice of velveeta cheese and some ranch dressing
water
Does that sound like enough to help me bulk? Is that enough or too much for me?
Tuna is a great way to get protein, but you’re going to have to eat more than that to bulk up. General rule of thumb for gaining muscle mass is to eat small meals every 2 hours. You’re also going to have to start lifting weights, or else all that food will just go to your midsection.
