Which grinder is better?
Hi
I am from India 
and as we all know that the mixers here are good only for milkshakes and juices. If I want to make dry or less water chutneys and dry masalas I cannot do so.
I have two options, please help me figure out which one to buy.

It should be able to dry grind chutneys and dry masalas and ginger , garlic and green chilli pastes.
