My diet has been bad today?

And a piece of lemon cake (which my grandmother made lol) Morning tea: biscuits Barbecue a mini package of 2 pieces of chicken and half a banana Lunch: No lunch after school: Chicken and corn flavored cup noodles and 2 cups cranberry smoothie with low fat milk, yogurt normal protein cranberry powder and I have not eaten but have I done wrong I want to exercise, but my legs and buttocks really hurt the i training I was late and released as I can not even walk well, Im not going to my training today. How many calories I ate much do together today?
