What does black coffee actually do ? make you lose OR gain weight ?
a fitness instructor recently told my fiance to start drinking black coffee everyday. I don’t remember how many cups though. But my fiance needs to lose 30-40 pounds and the instructor tells him to go for black coffee ( along with excercising in gym and eating healthy ofcourse). And I have heard so much about black coffee making you gain weight.
What does it actually do ???
Has anyone lost any weight while drinking it and if not, how much did you gain?
This is bad advise. Your boy friend is exercising to improve health and lose weight. Caffein is bad for health, robs the body of the ability absorb nutrients.
So, your boyfriend is exercising, which required extra nutrition and his instructor wants him to drink coffee which will rob the body of nutrients? This just doesn’t make sense.
Exercise is a natural stimulant.
