I work lunch at a big restaurant-any ideas for easy specials to make?
Preferably easy to make with the general ingredients an american-fare-type place would have. Incorporating salads is a plus. Our crowd is professional and I’d like to wrestle some of them away from the place across the street. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
Salad greens with chunks of Grilled chicken walnuts with a tangerine dressing. Yum. Salad greens with strawberries and blue cheese with raspberry vinaigrette. Yum There are too many to list.
