is Yogi Bedtime tea safe for a 13 year old boy.?
Sure, why not? Think about all of the soda he has consumed through out his life already. What is a little more caffeine? I wouln’t suggest giving it @ bed time. If he’s having problems sleeping, you should try warm milk with honey. It works like a charm for my 6 year old son.
