how do I make my wife a chamomile bath?
my wife just gave birth and she is healing from a perineal tear. Her relative suggested that she take a chamomile bath. I bought the chamomile tea from the supermarket, but now what? Do i just throw the tea bags in to the water? HELP!
I had the same but the tea never helped, try instead pure chamomile from whole foods or any store that sells all those herbs and stuff, but for now try the tea, let some hot water in your tub or just a big enough bowl to sit on, use some of the tea bags let it cool down to the temperature your wife is comfortable with, that’s it. I would probaly use half of the box. Hope this helps
