I want to learn about coffee?

I wondered if there was any free information online about all the different type of coffee you can do and how to do. or all the different types of coffee. I would be grateful if somone could show me a show where I can read about this, or if not name of a book I could read. Im going to do a Barista coffee making course soon and would like some coffee befor I start understanding.

Congratulations Barista in training, I guess that means your starting a new job soon. Their are two different types of coffee beans, Arabicia and Robusta. The grains are Arabicia the top. Robust is a new variety to hit the market in the last few years. It is the way they are able to sell coffee at $ 3.99 a pound. You coffee is very difficult to grow. You want a certain amount of sun, water and must be in the right height in the atmosphere (ie on the side of a mountain). Robusta coffee beans is a much stronger grain. You can leave at a lower elevation, is slightly more resistant to drought and grows more easily. May have up to 2 times more caffeine and taste twice as bad as Arabica beans. I know a lot more, but you have to go to work.
