Is it ok to drink tea while fasting?
Is it ok to drink tea while fasting?
Does it require digestive effort?
I’m drinking AriZona Tea, which contains High Fructose Corn Syrup, Honey and some other assorted ingredients; I do know know if these substances require digestive effort; and if they do then logically they would be compromising the fast…. if not, then good.
On the other hand I do know fresh juices require nearly no digestive effort.

Tea is good…. herbal tea.
Arizona is poison. The whole point of fasting is to rid the body of these poisons that we usually put in. Go with water and a mono fruit juice.
Herbal tea, steeped in steam distilled water will help achieve and medicinal purposes you are trying to achieve during the fast.
