does a cup of coffee in the morning count as one of my 8 glasses of water a day?
they say you should drink 8 glasses of water a day. since coffee is pretty much just water, does that count as one of the glasses?
Hey Sam, I haven’t been on here really in awhile..and this morning your Q is one of the 1st I see…it made me laugh :p..I don’t know if you meant it to be funny or not…but it’s just me and how I translated it, I reckon…but no, I don’t think it does count as one of the glasses of the daily suggested 8 glasses of water…have a good day
