I Gained 21lb in the last 2 years to binge eating,My life is sorted now, how do I go about losing them 21lb ?
Okay basically Im 14
119lb 5ft 4
When I was 12 I developed bulimia for a short time then went out on binge eating because my throat was screwed up so I couldnt throw it up =[.
Bascially my life is much better now, I go to a better school and ect and Im trying to get my self confidence up.
So Basically I want to lose 5lb every 2 weeks?
Today Ive had:
Weetabix with milk and coffee
Fruit salad ,Apple and Bannana and diet cola
Tuna n cucumber sandwhich.
Totals to around 1000 calories.
So How do I go about losing 5lb every two weeks?
You are a great weight now. 5 pounds every 2 weeks is too high of a goal for you, at your weight it would almost be impossible to lose 2.5 pounds a week without resorting to drastic measures. Find a friend to run with you, or swim, cardio will help your overall fitness and burns a ton of calories. Maybe if you worked out a little you would get really tone and would help your self image. Don't make it all about losing weight though, you are at a really good weight.
