Is it safe to drink coffee four times a day with only one meal a day?
Or I get an overdose of caffeine?
not really. you should have 3 meals a day, and some healthy snacks in between. Also, coffee has caffeine and is considered a drug. I read in my book health class. only from common sense, I would not and that can also lead to stomach ulcers if you do that, it makes you vomit.
