have i eaten ok today?
woke up at 12 so it was lunch
lunch/brekfast
half a tuna cucumber baguette( 220 cals)
pack of healthy popcorn( 125 cals)
skimmed milk cappuccino ( 70 cals)
snack
coffee light frappuccino( 185 cals)
early dinner
innocent veg pot-300 cals
3 portions of veg in each one.. all natural ingredients
snack
chocolate mistrels- 385 cals
strawberrys- 25 cals
total cals- 1310
total sat fat- 13 g
total protein – 38g
did 30 mins on the treadmill
and burnt 300 cals doing so
im 17, just under 5-6 and 125 pounds
Absolutley not – it is crucial you eat 2000 cals each day, starving yourself as you are will simply make you put on weight much more frequesntly when you do increase your diet. Please stop being so obsessed with your intake and eat a healthy full diet – theres nothing attractive about a stick
I would just liek to say that I have read through other poeples answers and how you can justify eating almost half the recommended calorie intake is disgusting. Please do not listen to them, read up on the internet you will see i am right.
