Recipe for coffee mousse – using marshmallows?

I had a nice recipe for the above – black coffee, cream, marshmallows, maybe sugar. It came from a book called “Cooking for the Zodiac” or something like that. Book was water-damaged in a flood and got slung, and now I want the recipe:-( Can anyone help? It DOESN’T contain nuts or sponge fingers – it’s just a mousse.

If it’s any help the book had a purple cover … you never know, someone may have it in their collection!

Thanks in advance!

48 lg. marshmallows
1 1/4 c. double strength coffee
1 c. whipped cream
Grated chocolate

HINT: Need a quick dessert? Try Coffee Marshmallow Mousse. Just heat 48 large marshmallows with 1 1/4 cups double strength coffee and stir until marshmallows are melted. Turn into a medium bowl and chill until thickened (about 20 minutes). Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with grated chocolate.
